health checkup today was fine. lucky i got the nice nurse. HOHO. my back's fine :D. and the do you smoke question was so out-of-point.

guides was pretty fun, playing captain's ball. it was a draw. how pathetic. :/ then mrs tham was very scary. heh. planned the 'holiday' activities. sounds good.
