today is didi's posting result day.
after that he will go to borders to spend recklessly on books o.O! he only enjoys reading pendragon books in the dark where his eyesight will deteriorate into a thousand degrees. (now it's like under 100, so he doesn't wear the nerdy pair of glasses).
i find it unfair that he gets to spend my mother's borders voucher. i also want okay! i want to buy dictionary and encyclopedia okay! just kidding. i want to buy cute cute stationary and cool notebooks and diaries and expensive letter paper which will only sit on my desk and collect dust. erm, maybe my mother asked me to
pei brudder go wheelock place..but it has bad feng shui lah, cannot go. and i also feel quite bad for buying a denim bag and a pair of shoes yesterday. aiyah, for christmas lah.
what's more, i also don't like the fact that
every single shop plays christmas carols. initially, it gets you into the christmas spirit. but after countless times of walking into different shops, (be it giordano, carrefour, baleno, times, taka, esprit, ntuc fairprice, mini toons, this fashion, watsons, guardian, charles & keith, cold storage, mcdonalds, kfc, burger king, more than words, famous amos, sakae sushi, action city, kino, topshop,..ETC.) and listening to noel, jingle bells, silent night, we wish you a merry christmas, jingle bell rock and whatever so many times, it's kinda sickening.
and what peeves me more is the fact that some shoppers insist on humming/singing to the tune of the christmas song. i mean like,
it's okay if you have a good voice, you know, but unfortunately, 95% of them deliver quit shitty renditions of christmas songs.
so not pleasing to the ear. -_-;
